He is passionate about aiding smaller IT teams and organisations where IT maturity and governance are less established but crucial for growth, scalability, and increased profitability.
Steve boasts extensive experience in implementing best practices across IT
Service Management (ITIL), IT Project Management (Prince2/PMBOK),
Software Development Lifecycle (Agile/Scrum), and IT Security Management
(IS027001 / PCI-DSS). His approach to transforming businesses involves deploying these frameworks in a pragmatic and agile manner, ensuring quick business adoption and benefit realisation.
Holding an MBA, Steve has been an integral part of strategic management teams and committees for over 17 years, focusing on initiatives that enhance business capabilities through process and people maturity, thus enabling scaling and growth. He is dedicated to cultivating managers and leaders who value integrity, respect, and collaboration.
